Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received — unused and unworn
- Have original tags still attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Come with a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support99labs@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
- We will send you a return shipping label and instructions
- Ship the item to: Federal B Area, Dastagir, Karachi
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the amount
- If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support99labs@gmail.com
