1. Processing Time
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. If there are any delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Since we offer free shipping, there are no additional shipping costs for any orders. Below are the estimated delivery times based on your location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors, such as courier delays or customs processing for international orders, may affect these estimates.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the courier’s website.
- If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support99labs@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support99labs@gmail.com or call us at 03168035423. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. However, if you encounter any issues, please reach out to us, and we will help resolve the issue with the courier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support99labs@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances like weather delays, postal strikes, or customs processing may affect delivery times. We will communicate with you if there are significant delays.
8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
